Formed 9 years ago the company was at a cross roads in terms of its direction. A highly successful business formed by 2 fitters had grown into a multi million pound operation where the directors needed outside expertise. The company were disallusioned with the lack of proactivity and poor value from their previous Accountants.
With the help of LOMASVFD they were able to completely restructure the company with a management team that could react dynamically to requirements placed upon them. A strategic plan was produced and a series of monthly meetings ensured the plan objectives were met.This involved maintaining turnover in an economic downturn but working more efficiently to reduce costs and boost profits.
All areas of the company were covered such as Health and Safety, employee contract and IT.
A new Accounting system was implemented that enabled profitability in each product area to be uncovered for the first time.
